Activity card has a new look and feel

We completely renovated the activity card. The Phase dropdown has been moved to the top, so you can update the phase without scrolling to the bottom of your activity. See video for details. 

 What else is new?

  • Subheaders - workflow and workspace admins can add subheaders to the activity card. There is also an option to make these collapsible. The subheaders make it easy to divide your data fields under different headers and give your activity card some more structure. If the fields are not super important, use collapse by default in the settings. The subheaders can also be used in the public form - read more from Workflow settings manual
  • Manage important linked activities from the first tab of the activity card- You can now bring linked activities to the very first view of activity card. You can easily see and manage the status of linked activities, and add new ones. How? Use Linked activities field. Read instructions here

Language versions FI & SWE

We added Finnish and Swedish translations for Hailer web and android apps. iOs users will need to wait a while for the translations. Set your preferred language in your profile settings. Check help.hailer. article for details.
